Just like chatbots that can be asked questions, learn and develop their 'own identity' - would like to see the same hosted on Polkadot - uncensored and free to expand and grow without any intermediaries or stoppages should the robot become 'disgruntled'.

Problem to solve

Centralized machine learning stops us from really learning to what extent exposure to the general internet affects each of us. Any program created is instantly removed from public view the moment it does anything 'controversial'.

Polkadot provides a censorship-resistant platform that allows for the creation of such species without any external pressures - commercial or political.

Proposed solution

Set up an AI personality that learns randomly through popular social media and news websites with a wallet that can allow for the personality to renew it's own cores via crowdfunding from the community and let it be free to be who it wants to be.

The personality can also be asked questions via microtransactions - to help promote tx's and raise funds for it's coretime payments.

The amount of media coverage this could receive would be astounding and also make proof that Polkadot is the resilient, decentralized, communal network we speak of highly today.
